ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS DIRECT OFFERED WORKING AREA OIL AND GAS PHASE II OF 2011 AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS AUCTION OFFERS WORKING AREAS OF COAL BED METHANE2011
In an effort to enhance the exploration and exploitation activities aimed at increasing the production of the national Oil and Gas, on this day, Wednesday dated December 7, 2011at 11:00 in the Directorate General of Oil and Gas Ministry of Energy, the Governmentannounced the Winner of the Auction Offers Working Area Direct Gas Phase II Year 2011 which was held on October 10, 2011 till 24 November 2011 and the announcement of thewinner of the Auction Offers Direct Coal Methane Gas Working Area (GMB) in 2011 whichwas held on 12 September 2011 till October 27, 2011.
The number of oil and gas working areas offered and the interest is 6 (six) working area as follows:

Firm Commitment exploration of 6 (six) the winning bidder for the Oil and Gas Work Area3 (three) years of exploration in the form of G & G studies of U.S. $ 4.85 million, the surveyalong the 2567 km of 2D seismic, 3D seismic survey covering an area of 500 km2 anddrilling exploration wells as much 2 wells
Total exploration investment commitments amounted to U.S. $ 38.15 million. While thesignature bonus (Signature Bonus) to be received directly by the government, amounting to U.S. $ 6.5 million.

Firm commitment exploration of 7 (seven) winner of the auction CoalMethane Gas for 3 (three) years of exploration in the form of G & G studies of U.S. $ 4.1Million, corehole as many as 14 holes worth U.S. $ 12.8 million, a total of 12 exploration wells wells worth U.S. $ 15.05 Million and production tests were 7 worth U.S. $ 3.7 Million.
Total exploration investment commitments amounted to U.S. $ 35.65 Million. While the signature bonus (Signature Bonus) to be received directly by the government, amounting to U.S. $ 7.5 Million.
